The AI Visibility Fix is a deliverable-based service. Work begins immediately after payment is confirmed and the activation call is scheduled.
No refunds are issued after the activation call is completed and schema deployment is confirmed live.
That is the point of delivery. By the end of the activation call, your structured data is installed on your website and verified — the service has been fully rendered.
If you need to cancel before the activation call takes place, contact us within 7 days of payment. Refunds in this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. After 7 days without a booked activation call, no refund is available.
The monthly retainer is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Service continues through the last day of the period you have paid for.
To cancel, reply to any email from [email protected] with the word "Cancel" in the subject line. Cancellation is confirmed in writing within 1 business day.
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of service access.
